Refund policy

Because every item is printed just for you, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a different size. Please check the size guide on each product page before you order (and when in doubt, size up on the tee and hoodie, they run relaxed).

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we will make it right. Email gardengirlspod@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Lost in the mail

If your tracking has not moved in a while or the package is marked delivered but never showed up, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will sort it out.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
